Selling an item:

1.  While there are still items not recorded. 2.  Selected item is added to "basket" of goods already bought. 3.  Cost of item is added to the bill 4.  The amount of stock is reduced by the quantity of items bought 5.  If no more items, total owing is calculated. 6.  Money collected, change calculated. 7.  Print receipt
